Apparantly, the former users of our server's IP Address had sent spam from it to certain mail providers and those mail providers have been blocking all mail from our server.

Currently, we know that Mail.ru and Sina.com are blocking this new server. We have gotten an email through to the administrators at mail.ru and they've promised to remove us from their blocking list. However, that might take up to 1 week. We are still awaiting response from Sina.com.

So until then, please do not use Mail.ru or Sina.com email addresses to register for an account, you will not recieve the activation email.
