- Germany - July 12th
- United States - July 13th
- Canada - July 13th
- Ireland - July 13th
- United Kingdom - July 13th
- Norway - July 13th
- Hungary - July 19th
- Bulgaria- July 20th
- Australia - September 6th
They have not released the release dates for every country.
