A Harry Potter fan who read an article about the Peace Hospice in the Potters Bar Edition online spotted the telephone number for an "Emma Watson". The fan tried to contact the reporter who wrote the article and asked about the phone number. Eventually, the Potters Bar Edition reporter realised the man was trying to get in touch with the Emma Watson who plays Hermoine Grainger in the Harry Potter films.



The other Emma Watson (picture on the right) said:
I find it really funny and flattering that people mistake me for the slightly more famous Emma Watson.

Since the release of the first Harry Potter film this has been a common mistake.

At the hospice I have received several comical emails. I certainly hope that when people find out who I really am it won't put them off donating to the hospice.
